Far too many people are suffering through bad experiences at work. I was one of them. After years of frustration, I discovered that it didn’t have to be this way. That is when I realized my calling: to make work human. Over the past twenty years, I’ve experimented with management and leadership from a variety of perspectives. I’ve been both a start-up CEO and F1000 corporate executive. I’ve led small and large teams. And, I’ve spent well over a decade studying, researching, and designing solutions for employee engagement.
